IP “Bullet” cameras with at least 1080P resolution are Layer 8 Solutions recommended starting point. Options include waterproof, 4k, PTZ, and Dome cameras. For distances greater than IP cabling allows (330FT), additional networking or cabling adapters may be required.

Depending on the number of cameras, the resolution of the cameras and how often they record, and the overall resolution of the video feed, Layer 8 Solutions will make recommendations for the necessary drive sizes to support recording and retaining footage.
